To be eligible for a return on your purchase of BESTO Hot Honey, your item must be unused, with the safety seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. You must request a return within 3 days of receipt of your order. To request a return you must send an email to orders@bestohothoney.com and include your name, order number, phone number, and the reason for your request for return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs on returned orders.
Refunds
If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. Any and all refunds given will be in the form of store credit. Please e-mail orders@bestohothoney.com and include your name, order number, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bestohothoney.com and let us know.
